Volunteer Applications

All applicants for volunteer positions need to download the Volunteer Application Disclosure and Volunteer Background Authorization. These forms need to be completed and must accompany the appropriate application below.

Junior Volunteer Application.  Along with your application please include a letter of recommendation from a teacher, guidance counselor, and a (non-family) adult.  In addition please include a copy of  your immunization record and a signed copy of the responsibilities required for the Junior Volunteer Program as well as the Parental Consent Form.

College Student Volunteer Application. With your application please attach a letter of recommendation from one of your current professors.
